Jenna Kator graduated from Michigan State University and worked in the auto industry in advertising until the economic downturn when she lost her job. Jenna took the opportunity to go after her lifelong dream of being an entrepreneur and began showcasing her collection of quality handbags that fulfilled the need for an affordable price point.

1:00-2:30 PM – Presentation by Karen R. Palmer, N.D.
Owner of Pathway to Health. Karen is a Certified Natural Health Professional, Licensed Biofeedback Specialist, Certified Wellness Director, and Certified Weight Loss Coach. She will share natural health alternatives and do a foot detox demonstration.
4:00-5:00 PM – Cooking with Chef Mike Strickler Culinary Chef at Gordon Foods.

Mike has over 15 years of leadership experience as a Certified executive chef within independent restaurants, colleges and universities. He has been employed with Gordon Food Service for 6 years. A a culinary specialist his core scope of responsibilities include, ground level food trend research, menu gap analysis and increasing operational efficiencies with in the kitchen.
